Alleged DiCaprio attacker accepts plea deal

LOS ANGELES Aretha Wilson, 40, was accused of slashing DiCaprio's face with glass during a party. The actor needed surgery to repair a gash on his face and neck.

Wilson entered the plea to the assault with a deadly weapon charge as part of a plea deal. She was expected to be sentenced to two years in prison on Nov. 22.

Wilson had previously pleaded not guilty and was going to stand trial on Friday. She faced up to seven years in state prison if convicted.
