Fresno Pacific Towers auction postponed

FRESNO, Calif.

The auction for the old Security Bank building in downtown Fresno was set to take place on November 18th but was postponed to December 17th due to bankruptcy issues. The building recently went into foreclosure.

The building is now known as the Fresno Pacific Towers and is worth $2.7-million, but building owner Saundra King says she owes about $5-million dollars to creditors.

Earlier this month she said she had only secured $3-million dollars to keep the building from being auctioned off.
