Tulare Police say the suspect first stopped at the Zales Diamond store at Preferred Outlets in Tulare. You can see the suspect in the top right of this surveillance video. Investigators believe when he couldn't get more than one diamond on the counter at a time he walked over to Ultra Diamonds on the other side of the outlet mall.

When an employee placed two diamonds worth a combined retail value of $59,000.00 on the counter -- he grabbed the jewels and ran to a waiting car. Employees at the outlet mall were shocked.

Tyler Lober said, "I think it's a terrible thing to have that happened especially to an all-female staff. It bothers the rest of the outlet mall and i just think there needs to be extra security around especially during the holiday season"

Authorities are looking for a late model, yellow GMC or Chevy pick-up truck.
