Whole Farms Market and Cafe is hosting a Grand Opening Wednesday. It's located in the Vagabond Lofts at Broadway and Amador.
The store offers farm-fresh, local organic produce, raw unpasteurized nuts, seeds, beans, dried fruits, oils, spices and raw milk products. It will also have a menu of prepared raw-food meals, including soups, salads and smoothies - what they call "whole day" foods, meaning they will have a whole day's worth of fruits and vegetables in a single serving.
Whole farms market will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
