Sacramento Police have closed down several blocks in Downtown Sacramento after a man apparently threatened security guards at the parking structure. A guard called police, saying the man may have a rifle.
The man is inside the covered parking structure, and police are attempting to talk him out. People who live or work in the area have been asked to stay inside their homes or offices until the situation is over.
