10-year-old Jordan Bachant was diagnosed with leukemia about a month ago. She's facing more than two years of treatment.
The students and staff at River Bluff Elementary, Jordan's school, are rallying behind her and her family.
They're getting the word out about a dinner, bake sale, and blood drive Friday … all dedicated to Jordan's recovery.
The dinner and bake sale will be held Friday evening at NorthPointe Community Church. At the same time the church will also host a blood drive in Jordan's honor.
The church is located at 4625 West Palo Alto Avenue in northwest Fresno. That's near Herndon and Milburn from 5pm to 9pm.
