Kim, Kourtney and Khloe had been featured on the MasterCard prepaid debit card until November.

The three sisters broke ties with "Revenue Resource Group" three weeks after the card was released.

Connecticut's attorney general launched an investigation and claimed the fees for the Kardashian Card were predatory.

Officials with the Fresno company claim it lost millions of dollars after the sisters pulled out of the deal and are suing them for at least $300 million in financial losses.

The Kardashians have not yet commented on the lawsuit.
