Elaine Brown resumes teaching in Oakhurst

Elaine Brown returned to the classroom Monday morning following a meeting with the District Superintendent.

Brown has been on paid administrative leave since November. District officials claimed the second grade teacher violated the school's privacy policy by alerting parents and the Madera County Sheriff's Office about a child she says was a /*bully*/ in her classroom.

Last week, a private investigator found she did nothing wrong.
