Madera Police arrested Alex Cortez and two juveniles around 4 a.m. Tuesday.
Investigators say they stabbed Santos Cruz after a fight early Tuesday morning on Blocker Street near Lincoln in Madera.
The victim is recovering at community Regional Medical Center.
The three suspects are facing several charges including attempted murder and attempted robbery.
