Mobile home fire in West Central Fresno

It happened at McKinley and Hays just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday night.

Officials say a man was inside when the fire broke out, but he escaped.

Several trucks were called out to the scene. Fire crews had a tough time tackling the flames.

"This triple wide has a lot of attachments, a car port, self made structures...so it was a bit of a challenge to get through all that," said Don Bier with the Fresno Fire Department.

Investigators have not yet released how much damage was caused to the mobile home.
