The BART train was heading to the San Francisco Airport from Concord when its wheels came off the tracks. Officials say all 65 passengers got off the train safely, but three suffered minor injuries.
Transit workers have completed overnight repairs where two BART train cars derailed near Concord Sunday morning, and the commuter service is starting on schedule this morning, a spokesman said.
The derailment remains under investigation.
