- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups chunked cooked chicken (see Note)
- 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, and salt; mix well. Add chicken and pecans, and mix until thoroughly coated.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
NOTE: When you're grilling boneless, skinless chicken breasts, why not grill extra so you'll have them for this salad? The grilled flavor gives this salad extra umph, but you cancook the chicken any way you like.
