The federal government says a plan to help salmon by restricting water to west side farmers is no longer needed.
Those restrictions were to begin Friday.
The Westlands Water District and the Metropolitan Water District of Los Angeles both asked a federal judge in Fresno, to stop pumping restrictions.
But the federal government now says there's enough water to go around.
