Applebee's serves alcoholic drink to a toddler

California-based "Dine Equity Inc." said it would also change the way it serves juice to children to eliminate the chance of any future mix-ups.

On Friday, a woman ordered an apple juice for her 15-month-old son. But the boy apparently got a margarita instead.

The mother says she realized something was wrong when the boy laid his head on the table, dozed off and then woke up and suddenly became hyper.

The toddler had to be hospitalized with a blood alcohol level of .10.
