El Mercado Fresco is currently undergoing a major renovation, including a new name. It will soon be known as "La Colonia Market" and will feature a food court, a tortilla shop, bakery, and cake shop in the 20-thousand square foot facility.
To staff the new departments, managers are hiring forty to fifty additional employees. La Colonia is looking for cashiers and clerks among other positions.
