2 Fresno Police officers recovering from minor crashes

FRESNO, Calif.

The first happened around 3 p.m. Wednesday at Golden State and Church in Southeast Fresno.

A motorcycle officer had his lights and sirens on because he was trying to make a traffic stop.

Investigators say the car in front of him, which was not involved in the traffic stop, stopped suddenly and the motorcycle ran into the car's rear bumper. Both the officer and the driver are expected to be okay.

The other crash happened a short time later in Central Fresno.

Fresno Police are not commenting on the crash, except to say that there were no injuries.

But you can see from this video that a police car collided with a small car.
