Action News brought you exclusive video of Clovis Police investigating the incident on Saturday night.
Clovis Unified School District officials are not confirming the number of students suspended Tuesday, but do say all of those punished will face hearings next week.
Over the weekend police were called out to the In-and-Out on Clovis and Herndon where a bus driver reported dozens of students were intoxicated. Clovis police say 38 students told them they had at least a sip of an alcoholic drink on their charter bus Saturday night after their prom.
Authorities administered breathalyzer tests and say some students admitted to sneaking the alcohol in water bottles.
