By using "Bus Tracker", FAX bus riders can submit their experience through text message, e-mails and a website. Once submitted, reviews appear on a city map. Each dot, represents a story by an actual bus rider.
Jalessa Vickers, has been riding fax buses for 17-years. She hopes the new tool will help improve communication between riders and the city of Fresno.
Jaleesa Vickers said, "What I hope to see from bus tracker is that fax actually uses the information to you know ... just better their system and give their drivers and their staff the information they need to improve everything."
Over 30-reports have already been submitted, with categories ranging from late buses to lost property.
