Bryan Stow's family has hired an LA attorney, who plans to file the lawsuit later today. The suit claims the Dodgers inappropriately exposed Stow to the criminal acts of third parties -- and failed to respond in a timely manner after the beating.
Stow suffered severe injuries when he was beaten by two men -- one suspect is now in custody but LA police are still looking for a second suspect and a woman who was with them.
