Fresno County health officials helped launch a program providing prescription discount cards for every family, whether they have insurance or not. The cards are free and come at no cost to county taxpayers.
People who have the card will also be given discounts on dental, vision and hearing services... as well as some lab and imaging tests.
Cards can be picked up at participating pharmacies and government offices or libraries throughout Fresno County. They're also available online.
