Investigators say three people were shot in a parking lot outside of an apartment complex on the morning of June 8th at Fourth Street near Houston.
Mary Anna Duenas and her boyfriend Joseph Nunez were both shot and later released from the hospital.
Their friend Oscar Arzate was shot in the head. Officials say he died from his injuries Friday night.
Investigators have arrested two 17-year-old's for the shooting, which they say was gang related.
