Is the lion trying to play or eat the baby?

This is the video taken at the zoo in Colorado Springs... of one-year-old Trent Higley outside the lion exhibit. And as you can see, the 400-pound lioness took a certain liking to the toddler, chasing the boy in her pen, from behind the glass.

Trent's mom scooped him up as soon as she saw what was happening.

Catherine Higley said, "I was definitely intimidated and a little, you know, it just seems like natural mother instinct to kind of want to pull him out of there, but he seemed to be having fun. He seemed to be having fun."

The Higleys posted the video on YouTube... where it's received more than 400-thousand views.
