Hanford Police arrested 29 year old Ryan Bolen on Monday. Investigators say he forced his way into his brother's home and then ripped the three foot boa constrictor in half after finding it in a room belonging to a roommate.
Police say Bolen had been in an ongoing dispute with his brother and that roommate. He's also facing battery charges.
