Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza
Always one of the biggest nights of the year, Monday, July 4th brings not only the largest fireworks show in the Valley with the Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza, presented by Save Mart Supermarkets and ABC30, but also the Grizzlies' Highway 99 Showdown Series rivals, the Sacramento River Cats. Grizzlies players will don special Independence Day hats, which will be available in limited quantities in the Grizzlies TeamStore. Fans that purchase their Fourth of July tickets will have the option of purchasing a $5 ticket of equal value to either the Tuesday, July 5th fireworks night or Friday, July 8th Pack-the-Park fireworks night.

American Ambulance and the Clovis Kiwanis Club will put on the largest 4th of July celebration in Fresno County. There will be a Kid's Korral free to all children. Food and refreshments available at the food faire. Gates will open at 5:00 and will close at 9:00.

There will be a downtown fireworks display Friday night in Dinuba. The Main Street merchants are hosting the event which will include a bounce house and barbeque. It starts at 6pm with the fireworks starting at dusk.
Exeter Centennial 4th of July Festival, Parade & FREE Fireworks
Exeter will celebrate its traditional Fourth of July. The day-long program begins at 7 a.m. with the Pancake Breakfast under the arbor and the 2-mile walk and the 10k run. Exeter Parks & Recreation will feature the Exeter Centennial 4th of July Parade ~Kids and Grandtiques~ with the theme "Past and Present of Exeter" beginning on Pine St. at 10 a.m. The traditional Horseshoe Tournament will begin at 8 a.m. There will be special features for kids this year, face painting, mini train rides and archery. Booths of local artists and crafters as well as food booths will open at 9:00 a.m. Entertainment will begin after the colors are presented. Live Local entertainment will be happening all day long. The Exeter City Park is located on Chestnut & E Streets.
Activities in the Park: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The traditional free fireworks will be available at dusk at Lions Stadium; donations will be accepted after the show. No ice chests please.

The Annual Lemoore Navy July 4th Celebration will take place in Lemoore City Park on July 4th. A 5K run and 3K walk will begin at 8am. Opening Ceremonies will feature military from Lemoore NAS and feature the Lemoore Community Choir. Two free hypnotist shows will take place at 11am and 3pm. Lemoore Idol competition at 12:15pm. Water Slides and Pony Rides for the kids.

The Atwater Run for Independence starts at 7:30am. From 9am to 4pm, there will be a free festival at Ralston Park with entertainment starting at noon and a pizza eating contest at 3pm. The annual Fourth of July parade gets underway at 10am at the Foster Freeze with the trophy presentation at 2pm at the stage. The fireworks show is at Buhach Colony High School and is $5 per car load and includes admission to the concert. Parking opens at 6pm with the gate closing at 9pm. The concert starts at 6:15pm starring Steve Ladonga, Kowhoon & the Ramblin Rowdies, and The Why 4.

The city of Madera is hosting a Fourth of July celebration on Monday at the Madera Municipal Golf Course located at 23200 Avenue 17. There will be music, food, beverages, and a kids zone. Gates open at 5pm and the show kicks off at 8pm. MARIPOSA COUNTY
Mariposa
The Coulterville Fire Brigade is hosting its 42nd Deep Pit Barbeque on Saturday, July 2nd at Coulterville County Park from 12pm-6pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. All tickets include a meal with beans, salad, and bread. Live music will also available. There will also be a drawing for a ¼ ounce gold nugget drawing during the event with tickets for it only a $1 each. Proceeds will benefit the Mariposa County Fire Station 26 and firefighters.
The Mariposa Symphony Orchestra will be performing a Fourth of July Spectacular at 7pm in the amphitheater at Mariposa County Park.
The Kiwanis Annual Fourth of July Celebration is Sunday, July 3 at Mariposa County Fairgrounds. The gates open at noon for food, water slides, games, music and more with the fireworks stand opening at 7pm.
