H&R Block held a job fair Saturday. The company is looking to hire more than 300 people.
Most of the jobs would be temporary, during tax season, but people who have had a hard time finding work say any opportunity helps. "This isn't exactly the job I've been looking for but id do have some management experience and I've been looking to get some work whatever is available, it's been very difficult out there," said job seeker Dean Heinrichs.
The jobs will range from office managers to tax preparers. H&R Block says it's still taking applications at its office near Blackstone and Griffith through the coming week.
