Investigators say a man crashed into a building near Plaza and Belmont in Central Fresno Tuesday afternoon.
Action News obtained exclusive cell phone video taken at the scene.
Police say the man suffered injuries which are "not consistent" with a minor crash. He later died.
Investigators aren't saying much else, except that he was in some kind of domestic dispute with a woman at the apartment complex. She also suffered injuries and had to be taken to the hospital.
