Bullard High welcomes new pool with a splash

FRESNO, Calif.

Bullard High School is one of the last Fresno Unified Schools to recieve upgrades approved by the board in 2008. The $6-million project includes a 50-meter swimming pool with spectator seating, a concession stand, and Fresno Unified's first pool for disabled students. It also includes a nine lane, all weather track.

The new swimming complex will be used for the school's swimming, water polo and diving teams. There's still one piece of unfinished business left, the school now needs to name the complex.
