Investigators say Duante Hatcher, Marcell Gray, David Ruiz, and Robert Kelso shot a man after he bumped into them at a Denny's restaurant on Shaw near First around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Police spotted the four a short time later and a chase began.
Police say one of the suspects threw a gun from the car before the they pulled over near Millbrook and Sierra in Northeast Fresno. All four were arrested.
The victims were taken to Community Regional Medical Center and are expected to survive.
