The accident happened around 10:30 Tuesday night near the intersection of Herndon and Millbrook.
Police say the woman was crossing the street outside the crosswalk when she was hit.
She was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and was last listed in critical condition.
The driver who hit the woman stopped and called police. Officers say the driver won't face charges.
