Alfredo Ramirez is the manager at Cargo Bay.
He says an assistant manager was checking locks at the facility on Tuesday when he noticed a strong marijuana smell coming from one of the units.
The manager called Clovis Police.
"They couldn't go in the unit, they couldn't film in there, but just by the smell of it they pretty much knew what was inside the unit," Ramirez told Action News. "From what they told us, 125 pounds of marijuana were inside that unit."
Ramirez says he provided police with the renter's name and address.
He claims the man was later arrested.
Clovis officials will not confirm specific details but say an incident at the facility is under investigation.
