One author says yes.
Daniel Sieberg wrote "The Digital Diet" after he felt addicted to his tech. Sieberg says some signs you might have a problem are:
- Having the urge to pull out your phone even when in the middle of a conversation.
- If you text, while your children talk to you, then can't remember what they said.
- If you feel isolated and anxious if you are offline for an extended period of time.
So what can you do?
Sieberg started beating his tech addiction by putting all of his devices in a different room while he slept. He says creating tech-free time in his home not only helped his relationships, but it made him sleep better.
So, what do you think? Do you sleep with your smart phone? Is this something you think you can do?
