It happened at Bullard and Chestnut around 2 a.m. Friday morning.
A Chevy truck and Jeep crashed into each other after one of the drivers went over the center median.
The front part of both vehicles were destroyed. The drivers were not seriously hurt, which police say surprised them given the extent of the damage to the vehicles.
A third car crashed into the Chevy truck and the Jeep before police arrived at the scene, but police say it was minor and did not cause any injuries.
Drivers of the Chevy and the Jeep were taken to the hospital for observation.
Police say tests will be done to see if alcohol was a factor.
