The Fresno County Coroner's Office says James Winans is the man found dead near First and Shaw Sunday near a Carl's Junior restaurant. Detectives are still looking for his killer Monday afternoon.
Fresno Police say they reported to a call about shots fired at the Northeast Fresno location.. But did not find Winans. About 30 minutes later, authorities say the 22-year-old showed up at Community Regional Medical Center where he later died during surgery.
