Investigators say /*Alvin Khamchan*/, 35, was shot at the Me Khong restaurant at Belmont and Diana early Sunday.
The suspect, /*Lee Saysanasy*/ was arrested hours later in Northeast Fresno near Ashlan and First. Police say they had been following Saysanasy all day and finally pulled him over for a traffic violation.
Investigators say they also found a hundred pounds of packaged marijuana in his truck.
Police are still trying to determine a motive for the shooting.
