/*Nadia Diaz*/ was formally charged with two counts of unlawful sex with a minor, and one count of oral copulation with a minor under 16. Diaz is currently out of jail.
Police say the alleged incident with an underage student happened two years ago, while Diaz was a substitute teacher at Washington Union High School. She later became a full-time social sciences teacher at the school.
Diaz is due back in court on the 20th for her arraignment.
