The new restaurant will be called The Venue.
It's taking over the space which was once the popular Twist restaurant and nightclub.
Owners say The Venue will be an upscale Mediterranean restaurant and lounge, but it will not include a nightclub.
Owners say they hope to open this February.
The restaurant says it will hire fifty workers in the next few days.
You can start applying Wednesday starting at 6 p.m. They're interviewing potential servers, busers, and hostesses.
