A ninth grader got in trouble for snapping a picture of a substitute teacher who had fallen asleep at school. Parents at the school say they don't agree with the school's decision to suspend the kid.
The school district says having a phone on campus is allowed, but they aren't allowed to use it during the school day. And as far as the "sleeping teacher' goes -- school officials say they'll take appropriate action, because that type of behavior is not tolerated.
