Wednesday morning, city leaders celebrated the grand opening of The Loft in the area of Fulton and Elizabeth.
The facility comes decorated with modern design, and customers who are interested in renting it out have the option of using the furniture that's already there.
There are two rooms to choose from, seating between 150 and 400 people.
The loft's owners say they chose the location because it has a lot of potential and there's nothing like it in the Tower.
