35-year-old Ralph Jasso was released from Fresno County Jail early Tuesday morning.
Last Monday night Jasso surrendered to police at the Community Regional Medical Center parking structure in Downtown Fresno. That's where police were recovering the last of four SUV's taken from the Lithia Nissan lot on Blackstone Avenue two weeks ago.
Officers also made two other arrests in the case. Detectives say the stolen vehicles may have been used to commit other crimes in and around the City of Fresno.
