After a six-month long investigation, Tulare Police arrested Rodolfo Hernandez for lewd acts with a child. Authorities were made aware of the crimes after a relative of one of the victims came forward with the allegations. Further investigating revealed more victims. Tulare Police told Action News the victims are between six and nine years old.
Investigators believe there could still be more victims.
