"We are facing hunger issues in this Valley that we have never seen before. Here we are in a region that is so plentiful, such an abundance of agriculture, and yet one out of every four families are at risk of going hungry every given moment," said Andy Souza with Community Food Bank,
A spokesperson for Community Food Bank estimates the food collected at the fair will feed at least 20-thousand families in Fresno County.
