Orange juice producers in the U.S. are disappointed with the decision. That's because they'll have to import the oranges from other countries which will likely be more expensive.

The dry winter weather could have a major impact on California's processed tomato harvest.

Ag experts say the lack of water this winter may result in reduced volumes of tomato yields for processed foods. Tomato growers say if they get enough water, then this years harvest of tomatoes is likely to be the second highest ever at almost 13-million tons.

Right now, water levels in the reservoirs are good, but the low rainfall could reduce allocations for irrigation later on.
