Authorities arrested 25 year old Robert Davis Monday morning in connection with the theft back on January 30.
They say Davis broke into an electronics repair store and stole more than a dozen radios, then directed investigating officers away from himself by posing as an officer over the radio.
Several days later, police served a search warrant at a Fresno home and recovered the stolen radios.
They also arrested Davis' mother.
Davis was taken into custody without incident on Monday at a home in central Fresno.
