/*Diana Ochoa*/, 22, was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday -- instead a judge ordered a psychiatric exam for Ochoa.
Police found her and the little girl both naked on February 15th, in the area of Fresno and Sierra Avenue.
Police say Ochoa then abandoned the little girl, who was bleeding, in front of an apartment complex and ran naked in- and- out of traffic.
Ochoa has been charged with child abuse and corporal injury to a child.
She's scheduled to be back in court in April.
