Visalia Police say the shooting happened in December at the Ross on Dinuba Boulevard near Robin Avenue.
Officers say Macha shot a woman who was nine months pregnant. The gunshot hit on her leg while she shopped around the store. Visalia police say Macha ran from the scene armed with a sawed off shotgun.
Tuesday night, investigators arrested Macha on several gun possession charges and the attempted burglary.
