The suspect is Leonard Dale Tuttle Jr., a 30-year-old, American Indian, male, 6 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 360 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes. Tuttle has a tattoo of lips on the left side of his neck and a feather and panther tattoo on his right arm.
The suspect was last seen driving a white Mitsubishi Lancer, with a CA license plate of 5 P I B 3 4 7.
