Fresno man allegedly shot, killed his cousin

FRESNO, Calif.

Investigators say the victim, who has not been identified, was shot by his cousin -- 21-year-old /*James Wynn, Junior*/.

The shooting happened just before three o'clock Friday in Southwest Fresno -- near Tupman and Tower. Police say Wynn and his cousin got into an argument -- when Wynn opened fire.

Witnesses say the victim's girlfriend tried to rush him to the hospital -- but he died on the way. Investigators found his body inside a black SUV on Ventura near Broadway.

Wynn ran away and is still on the loose. Police are now offering a one-thousand dollar reward for his arrest.
