The suspect is Anthony Stanley Smith-Dixon, a 24-year-old African American male, 6-feet, 3-inches tall, and weighing 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a thick white and black jacket and dark colored pants.
The suspect was last seen driving a gold Saturn 4-door with an unknown license plate. The vehicle is missing the exterior panel of the driver's door.
