According to investigators, Dr. Giocondo Navek, 39, of Williamstown, New Jersey shot and killed Dr. Payman Houshmandpour, 32, before killing himself.
Police say it was around 7:36 a.m. when Houshmandpour was walking to his car on Avalon Court when he was shot and killed by Navok.
Navok fled from the scene but police were able to stop him on the 200 block of Centennial Boulevard. It was there that Navok took his own life, shooting himself in the head.
Sources tell Action News that the two men worked together and that the shooter blamed the victim for him losing his job at Virtua Hospital.
Voorhees Police and the Camden County Prosecutors office are investigating.
