Corcoran police say they got a call of people smoking marijuana at an apartment on Whitley Avenue near Sixth and a Half Avenue.
Officers say they found Brian Owens at the apartment. Owens was on parole at the time and is a registered sex offender.
He was in the apartment with another person who was baby-sitting two infants and as officers searched the home they found a 14-year old girl who was hiding.
The girl told officers Owens kissed and molested her.
Owens is currently being held without bail at the Kings County Jail.
